Available for validation stage at October 28th, 2024 (EU servers)

Expected deployment date in production environments: November 19th, 2024

Summary

This is a major release with new features, as well as some bug fixes.

New features

  • New functionality for custom field tags and revision strategy, to enhance the current SDV module that supported only a couple of strategies, all fields and only required.

Bug fixes

  • Fix in the CRD editor when emptying the access list for a form of field, but choosing the option to specify at least one role. The error is shown in the Save button and the CRD cannot be saved, but there was no error message in the profile list which could make it hard to detect the specific error.
  • In the control panel, in the History of Publications section, the title shown for each published release was the current related CRD, which is always the same for the live environment, but it can differ in the test environment, as we can modify the same CRD and republish it many times, changing the title. It has been fixed to show in each release the title that the CRD had at the moment of publishing.
  • In the CRD editor, if we override the Not Available property in a field in the structure, and check it only there, and not the library, the conditions available for that field in the rules editor did not include the Is (Not) Unknown option.
  • In the CRD application, when entering a reason of change for a field, if the title of that field included HTML tags, it was rendered with the tags in the modal window.
  • In the CRD application, when the Field Revision is activated, in the cogwheel of an empty field the option for Missing Data is available. As it is not allowed to edit fields when the SDV mode is active, this option should not be displayed.
