Some studies could not print the PDF files regarding annotated CRF or even the record certified copy. The server infrastructure has been upgraded to a new PDF generation process and technology, in order for these studies to be able to download their files. Only the huge PDF annotated files when it reaches thousands of pages long are still unavailable, as they will be addressed in a later software version, and for the time being they need manual intervention to be generated.
