Summary

This is a minor release containing several fixes.

Bug fixes

• In the SDV revision, when a field was marked as revised, and then the patient was changed to another strategy which did not include that field, the visual mark was properly removed from the field. But if the SDV mode was enabled again, a partially visible icon appeared incorrectly again in that field.
• In a CRF with SDV module enabled, and the option to show the progress bar in the patient list with the fields revised, when show the numeric details of the first patient, the tooltip that appears when moving the mouse over the bar was partially hidden behind the table headers, which prevents reading the information.
